About this journey

Find how hard a shove four feet can take from the side and from behind, and how steep a floor it can stand on, from its own geometry.

  1. A shove from the side. Standing on four feet 294 mm apart, how hard a sideways shove before it tips — against the 12 N it was measured to shrug off?
  2. A shove from behind. The feet are further apart fore-and-aft than side to side: how much harder can it be pushed from behind?
  3. How steep a floor?. Standing still, what is the steepest slope it stays on — and is the 5° ramp in its scene anywhere near it?
